About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Business Resilience and Environmental Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of our business continuity and environmental management functions. This is a critical role ensuring organizational resilience and compliance with ISO standards, while driving sustainability initiatives across the SRA.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and embed effective business continuity processes and recovery plans.
  • Conduct risk and business impact analysis across all areas.
  • Collaborate with IT on disaster recovery arrangements and testing.
  • Oversee resilience in the supply chain and manage supplier assurance.
  • Lead annual testing, exercises, and staff rehearsals for continuity plans.
  • Horizon scan for emerging threats and adapt plans accordingly.
  • Manage the Environmental Management System (EMS) in line with ISO 14001:2015.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Report on EMS KPIs and carbon emissions to senior management.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Knowledge of business continuity and project management methodologies (willing to train in BCI certification).
  • Experience in ICT disaster recovery and risk management.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and report writing expertise.
  • Understanding of ISO22301 and ISO14001 standards.
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable problem solver.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a regulatory environment.
